  5. "HTTPort 3.SNF2", hereinafter referred as "HTTPort".

  7. No use of this software is authorized and/or allowed unless you fully
  8. understand and agree to every and each statement of this license
  9. agreement.

  11. HTTPort license agreement.

  13. HTTPort is free copyrighted software. HTTPort is free for personal
  14. non-commercial use. You may not sell it, rent it or charge for setup or
  15. any kind of support for it.

  17. HTTPort is written by Dmitry V. Dvoinikov. All rights in HTTPort belong
  18. to author.
  19.  
  20. Exclusive rights for distributing HTTPort under permission of author belong
  21. to Technology Networks LLC. http://www.technetva.com
  22.  
  23. Technology Networks is the only official distributor of HTTPort as of 
  24. current date.
  25.  
  26. HTTPort is copyrighted (c) 1999-2003, Dmitry V. Dvoinikov.

  28. You may distribute HTTPort without any limitations, only if the original
  29. distribution package is not modified. HTTPort may not be distributed
  30. in any other way, be it your commercial software package or just a
  31. modified original package.

  33. You may not modify, patch, disassemble or reverse engineer HTTPort in any way.

  35. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

  37. The use of this software may be treated illegal in certain situations,
  38. and since you use it - you will be violating the law. You may be disciplined,
  39. fired, charged, or whatever else depending on your country laws and/or
  40. other regulations.

  42. Two reasons for possibly being illegal:

  44. 1. Unblocking the proxy:

  46. HTTPort is intended to be used as a personal privacy tool, not
  47. as a security breach. Depending on your company, colledge, government
  48. etc. security policies you may face consequences of your using or 
  49. misusing HTTPort. I explicitly state that as an author of HTTPort I 
  50. may not be held responsible for your actions. You must think of
  51. HTTPort as of a tool - if it's sharp and you cut your finger - 
  52. tool manufacturer is not responsible for that. If you are not sure
  53. whether it's safe for you to use HTTPort - do not use it at all.
  54. You have got no option here.

  56. 2. Strong cryptography:
  57.  
  58. This software includes strong cryptographic algorithms, namely RSA,
  59. 1024 bit keysize and Blowfish, 192 bit keysize. It's illegal in certain
  60. countries to use strong cryptography. Therefore you may be violating the
  61. law by using this software, which could result in severe penalties.
  62. If you are not sure whether it's safe or not in your country to use
  63. strong cryptography - do not use it at all.

  65. SUMMARY

  67. DO NOT use this software if you are not 100% sure it's safe with you.
  68. But once you made your decision and started using it:

  88. being disciplined or fired or whatever else depending on how severe
  89. the penalty for those policies violations could be. If there is a 
  90. shadow of doubt - do not use HTTPort.

  94. HTTPort features PRIVILEGED user status. This is a payed service that
  95. you may use if you wish to register. This service is covered with
  96. another agreement which is beyond scope of this license agreement. You will be
  97. provided a privacy policy and a license agreement during registration process.

  99. MORE LEGAL INFORMATION

  101. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
  102. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS,
  103. MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE
  104. RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY YOU.
  105. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  125. By installing HTTPort you agree to all terms of this license agreement.

  127. If you do not agree to any statements of this agreement, you must
  128. immediately terminate the HTTPort installation process or cease using
  129. HTTPort if it's already installed.
